It's hard to go wrong with fast multihulls racing across the Atlantic. And if you haven't yet noticed it, there is a new race, the Krys Ocean Race, that is tapping into that winning formula. It features MOD70s, a trimaran design. And right now, five of them are ripping across the Atlantic, from New York City to Brest. They are doing speeds of 30-plus knots at times, and putting up 700-mile daily runs. What's not to like?
The crews include some of the best talent iin ocean racing, like Michel Desjoyeaux, Seb Josse, Steve Ravussin, Brian Thompson, and Ryan Breymaier. You can track their boats here, and there are daily LIVE radio sessions.
